Tyre in Lebanon is a Unesco World Heritage site, built by the Phoenicians whose city of Carthage rivaled Rome. Raffle tickets were sold for €100, and the lucky winner is Jeffrey Gonano. In other news, check out crazy Christmas displays in New York, and Vine offers vanity URLs.
